What is Your Business Hour?

We are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our live customer services are available during our office hours so we can answer your inquiries. Deeper also offers assistance when placing orders and technical support.

How Can I Place an Order?

Do You Have a Return Policy?

Yes. However, we require a return authorization. Deeper also requires a 25% re-stocking fee for all the returned products. We do not accept returns without authorization and the shipping costs are not refundable.

What is Your Shipping Policy?

Deeper ships your orders as soon as possible.

For stock items, we can ship immediately.

Custom products require a longer time to ship.

We can also arrange an expedited shipment.

What is Your Payment Term?

You can pay through discover cards, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and more. Extended credits are also available upon approval. For international orders, we require pre-payment.
